By using our services, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Cheyenne, Wyoming for any disputes arising under this Agreement.

14. Force Majeure

NetWise Hosting LLC shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement if such failure is due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, terrorism, labor disputes, or any other unforeseen event. In the event of a force majeure, we will make reasonable efforts to resume service as soon as possible.

15. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and NetWise Hosting LLC regarding your use of our website and services, superseding any prior agreements, communications, or understandings, whether oral or written. Any waiver of any provision of this Agreement must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of NetWise Hosting LLC to be effective.

16. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a provision that most closely reflects the original intent of the parties.
